Meet Bash

Award-winning, purpose-led designer. Strategic director. Empowering manager. I’ve spent over 10 years communicating ideas, stories and emotion for organisations in London as well as across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. I have diverse omnichannel experience, predominantly at in-house environments where I have developed local and global creative teams. I have equal experience in leading and producing B2B projects as I have in B2C, in the Insurance, Media, Energy, Hospitality, Sustainability, Pharmaceuticals and Data industries as well as NFP Charities.
How I work
My job is fundamentally to listen. Quality and output fall into place very smoothly, when this is done well. Because of this understanding, my experience has led me to visually communicate in a variety of ways. Brand identity design and creative strategy are areas that have proven the most impactful, the former of which, I have been fortunate enough to win awards for.
I have personally worked with a number of large consumer brands, some of which include O2, eBay, Emirates, Ralph Lauren, Boots, Dr. Martens, DreamWorks and The North Face. I also have worked in-house or developed internal design teams at major players in their respective industries, such as Howden, AstraZeneca and Lightsource BP as well as smaller businesses and startups.
